Training Day

Our team did a fantastic job of providing a day of discussion about the progress of the e-portfolio. Lew lead the charge with examples of student work and the progress of the senior class in completing their portfolios. Al followed up with Job Shadowing using Moodle to show staff what resources are available to guide the Juniors. Staff asked for deadlines we agreed to one...May 30 although the deadline is at the discretion of the CTE Instructor who will be responsible to oversee job shadowing! Paula shared best practices in her class of allocating time to work on portfolios. And Beth closed out with the opportunities for peer to peer demonstrations as well as teacher to teacher technology help. All in all I think the faculty provided great suggestions and feedback and I hope we can move as a community toward the success of the e-portfolio.
